Has anyone gotten a "failed to accessStoredMaps" or "failed to accessStoredCreatures" error when accessing the library? I am currently using D20Pro v.3.4.8 on Windows 10. If so, did you find a fix?

Ok, for those who would like to know, I solved the problem by setting the program to run as administrator.

just an FYI, I have also found it much less of a hassle to also install D20PRO outside of "Program Files" in a directory on the root such as C:\d20pro ... It just makes life easier when dealing with Windows, UAC and such...
