    It's part of the feature library work we're currently engaged in.

    When the Feature Library goes live (for testing or otherwise) you'll be able to attach a level modifier to all numerical aspects of the effect. So if you have a spell which does 1d6 (dmg) per caster level, stays in effect for 1 round per 3 caster levels, and has a variable DC based on caster level (rather than spell level for whatever reason) you can make that happen.

    We'll be creating the Standard content for specific rules systems, both SRD/OGL and Licensed as our licenses manifest.

    I'm going to be cagey in replies to things about the Feature Library as we're keeping some of the core technology under wraps until the first test release.
