Toggle Visibility issues

    I have not DM'ed a campaign for d20 since 3.6.(?), but when I used to toggle visibility (using V or menu) to invisible, the opacity of the affected creature used to decrease so I could tell who was visible and who was invisible. When I use methods now, the opacity of creature does not change. Is this an issue or am I missing something? I am on 3.7.7
