Purchase button does not work

    When I click the purchase button in the marketplace nothing happens? Running windows 10. Any suggestions?

    I was using 3.5.7, I reinstalled and still no go. Any thoughts?

    Could you provide the d20Pro.log text in here as a post? That way we can see what's going on, and help diagnose the issue you are experiencing. Thanks :)

    Hi Lightangel,

    Sorry for the delay, I'm looking at it now.

    If D20PRO is installed in Program Files, attempt to run it as Admin (Windows).

    If you are attempting to purchase and download through the legacy marketplace, try the in-app marketplace. If using the in-app marketplace, try the legacy marketplace.

    legacy:
    open D20PRO
    login to D20PRO Live account
    Marketplace

    In-App
    open D20PRO
    select GM, Host
    select campaign
    Goto D20PRO Main Menu then down to downloads
    - If item you attempted to purchase is a selection to instantly download, press download
    Launch Marketplace

    Running in admin did not matter. I was using the in-app marketplace. When I log on at the splash screen it does not give me the option to go to the marketplace.

    I am unable to duplicate this on Window 8. I'll attempt tonight on Windows 10.

    We'll get to the bottom of this promptly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    My home laptop has windows 10 and my work computer has windows 7 have the same problem on both, if that helps.

    Hmm, I just tested successfully on Windows 10.

    I saw the error in the log that explains why Purchase is getting interrupted. But I can't yet explain why.

    Are you running any anti-virus or anti-malware on both computers?

    I took all anti-virus software etc. off the work computer and still no go :?

    Do you know if your computer is using your install of Java or the JRE Included with D20PRO?
    If it's defaulting to your own downloaded copy of Java, try running D20PRO from the D20PRO.bat file (make sure to update the XMX to an appropriate RAM value for your computer).

    If that works and you would rather open from D20PRO.exe I would suggest:
    Uninstalling all versions of JAVA, then perform a manual install from http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

    And just to cover our bases, I'm sure you've already done this, but a step often missed is:
    If you have a 32-bit system please make sure to install the 32-bit version of Java and the 32-bit D20PRO app found http://forums.d20pro.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=3206

    If you have a 64-bit system please make sure to install the 64-bit version of Java and the 64-bit D20PRO app.
