Multiple Saves Bug

A huge bug where effects that grant a save every round use the result of the first save for every subsequent save, instead of generating a new roll for each save. First discovered this bug in Pathfinder, as noted in this thread: https://forums.mesamundi.com/index.php?threads/poison-or-multi-round-spells.4308/. Also found the same bug in 5e as well. Screenshot attached.
