Is it possible to create more than one modification in the flow? For example, the Pathfinder spell slow reduces AC, Attacks, and reflex saves by 1. I have only been able to apply one modification.

Yes, you can create more than one effect node.

After I click save and then re-open the flow, this is what I am ending up with:

You would need to duplicate the 'Effect node', not the 'Modify Target Node'. Creating each thing you want as an individual 'Effect Node'.

Thanks! I kind of figured I was doing something wrong. One more question. I am having an issue getting the reflex save to be reduced by one. When I use the following flow, it results in the target getting its reflex save reduced by two.

Here is the spell that causing the reflex to be changed by 2. I was testing it on some randomly selected tokens from your bestiary library. It seems to be happening on all of them.
