Need help with Classes

Hi all,

I've just recently started tinkering with 3.7.8, having stuck with 3.6.11 for a long time. I *think* I'm starting to get to grips with how things work now, but I am looking for some help.
Mainly classes - I'm using some of the newer classes introduced in Advanced Class Guide like Shaman and Arcanist. I've noticed they don't have Spells set up. How would I go about doing that?

Is there any chance that someone has already compiled the various classes in a form that I can import? I find the prospect of having to manually type out the Spell lists of the classes somewhat intimidating.
