Can't make new campaign - Assistance please

Greetings,

So, I must be missing something - I can't create a new campaign.

Background information :

Was using D20Pro 2.1.2. Then rebuilt my machine - a few weeks go by. Reinstalled D20pro 2.2. Downloaded license.

Problem

Noticed a change in the file structure and can't manually import directly from back ups. Read online manual (http://help.mindgene.com/judging/campaigns) and forums, saw that I needed to make a new campaign so file structure will be built. Clicked on Advanced button. No create campaign button. I started the game a few times. Tried setting up an encounter then saving and restarting, but nothing seemed to work. I can't make the create campaign button appear.

Don't know what I am doing wrong but this seems to be a simple thing - infuriating though it is. I know I can probably set up the file structure manually, but that doesn't seem right. So, what can I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for looking and it's seems that I'll just have to build the structure manually - even though I believe there should be a button (according to this http://help.mindgene.com/judging/campaigns).



Unfortunately, I didn't reinstall the older version and my files are in archive, so the legacy option isn't available.
