    Ok so I have looked over the boards and find some similar problems but not mine exactly. First let me say I am new to the software and just loving it thus far. I played for a bit in a friends campaign and have decided to start my own. So the problem I am running into is creating maps. I scan my image in but when I go to the library and hit create>from file nothing happens....at all. No new screen no options it all just stays there. It appears my from file button is not connected to anything. I would greatly appreciate any advice on this. Thanks in advance!

    Yes, this is due to the java version. For more information see: Create Map from File (using Native File Chooser) Use option number 2 for the quickest work-around.
