A time window

The current time box is quite small, and it takes a few clicks just to simply add a minute or two. If possible, it would be nice to have a dialogue window to show the time. Even better would be a few buttons for advancing commonly used time units such as 1 minute, 1 hour or 1 rest period (perhaps these time periods could be set in the options). If you want to go crazy, even display a day/night cycle and weather indicator would be really cool.
