This looks like it's running on an old version of Java

Can you let us know which version of D20PRO you're running. This should show up at the top of the application launcher when you first fire up D20PRO.

3.6.11 is the most recent edition.

I'll forward this to Tobias.. however, just skimming, it looks like java is having some serious issues on your machine..
First thing I would do, is remove any Java installs from your system, also making sure the Java path is not being overriden by the system variable or path settings. once you are sure there are no other Java or JRE install laying around the system.. Do a fresh install of D20PRO and see if that fixes it up.

As an aside (and not that the devs will not try and assist you), Vista may be the issue itself, it's very long in the tooth and it's Life Cycle ended from Microsoft Support back in 2012.

    Hi sircomac,

Could you attempt to install D20PRO on a different directory (non program-files directory), such as C:/D20PRO/

Then open a clean install of whichever campaign you created in Manage Campaigns, and see if it is able to work. If this works, please copy all your campaign files to the appropriate directory, restart, then continue. Make sure you save all open maps, then close them, and open again. Then you can test to make sure this works. Please let us know if this helps.

now i went to website mentioned in warning and tried to find any lib fils with /jorg/slf4j.
    http://www.slf4j.org/codes.html#multiple_bindings
it is very odd i cannot find these directories anywhere. My jave directories have no org directory. Where would it be coming from? i also looked for a pom.xml file that the link mentioned. nope can not find that either. how can i put in exclusions for these other jar files? i dont know where to put them.

That could very well be part of the problem. D20PRO comes with it's own Java pre bundled. I'd try removing the JDK 1.8 and then try again

Another option to test is this:

If you are opening D20PRO with D20PRO.exe..
Try D20PRO.bat instead. We have specific java options that disables some drawing incompatibilities.

Tough first, you might want to update the RAM allocation inside the D20PRO.bat file

    From:
    Code:
    start .\jre\bin\javaw.exe -Xmx512m -Dsun.java2d.ddoffscreen=false -Dsun.java2d.noddraw -Dsun.java2d.d3d=false -jar d20Pro.jar
    To something like:
    Code:
    start .\jre\bin\javaw.exe -Xmx3g -Dsun.java2d.ddoffscreen=false -Dsun.java2d.noddraw -Dsun.java2d.d3d=false -jar d20Pro.jar

i removed java and searched my entire drive for any .jar files. there are none other than your directory. if you look at the link in the error log it seems to be talking about developer settings not java conflicts.

The SLF4J warnings are just that, warnings, and it's only for our logging java app, this has nothing to do with how D20PRO operates.

The first warning just says an override file is not present, which means the defaults are being applied - in regards to Game Log Colors.
You are correct, these are just saying that the spells are not installed... AKA spelling or capitalization is off (case sensitive).

I'm still interested in the .BAT java loading script, seeing if this fixes the issue.
