I am considering purchasing d20 Pro, but have a question: if I have some d20 Pro maps from someone, can I export those into a graphics format that I can edit in another graphics program?

Yes, but you don't have to export them. When you import or create a d20pro map, it places the graphic file into your d20pro/dm/res/FLR folder. Just look in there for the original graphic files (usually jpg). Woohoo!
