Herolab and D20 Pro pathfinder skill import error

    This could very well be a bug with Herolab and not D20 pro but for pathfinder you get a +3 on a class skill if they have one rank in it. If there are no ranks in it then you don't get the +3. Consistently, if I import a pathfinder player all the class skills have the +3 so the total is 3 higher than hero lab reports it should be.

    This also may have been design so you would be correct if you manually added a rank.

    This was an issue due to design and I thought it was addressed.

    I guess it has crept back up. I will look into it. Could you please post your export file out of herolabs so I can ensure that things from herolabs are being exported correctly. To help figure out where the bug has crept back in at?

    I resaved my content without images because I was concerned about copyright issues and just one character because it was too big with all of them to post in a message.

    Then I created a test campaign and determined that the problem still existed.

    The issue is d20Pro's HeroLab import feature takes the following:

    This error still exists in v3.2.. imports herolab adds the +3 where no class skills are picked.
    I am manually adjusting that out for each of my players

    Another one is with the Oracle class. One of my players has taken the use cha instead of dex for AC ability.....shows up correctly in HeroLab ..ignored in D20Pro. My problem is i cant seem to overide the dex bonus so add the extra bonus in the last misc column.. corrects for normal AC but means touch .n FF are wrong

    I can send the .por and import file if u wanna see

    Yes, this still is in need of an update to correct those issues with the hero lab importer.

    For now, simply use max dex = 0 and set a value in your unnamed ac bonus as the numeric bonus of cha modifier.
