I downloaded and installed the D20pro application. I waited for the license file to get to me via e-mail. I copied it to the C:\Program Files\MindGene\d20Pro\licenses directory. When I run D20pro I get a popup that says "Invalid License File!".

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Mike

    Thanks Dan, I appreciate it!

By the way, I bought your power card template and have made a complete set out of heavy card stock for each of the characters in our group. I even went and bought a rounded corner paper punch (to give the cards rounded corners). They work great! Just wanted to say thanks for setting up the template. The $$ was well worth it. Your template is the best looking one out there right now. - Thanks again!

    Mike,

What is the filename of your license file? Make sure that neither Windows nor your email client has renamed it or added an extra extension. The filename should be something like:

    license_<username>(DM_PC_<ver>).txt

Where <name> is the user name you registered and <ver> is the version. If it doesn't look like that, or if it ends in ".txt.txt" then that's the problem. Just rename it back to what it should be. To be sure, you can view the contents of the file which will clearly show you the username and version.

If that doesn't help, let me know and I can help you debug the problem further.

    Hello Glav,

The file looks to be correct.

    license_mjdallas(DM_PC_TRIAL_1.14.6).txt

    Thanks,

    Mike

    Mike,

I sent you an email with a property file that will enable debug logging. Please follow those instructions and email me back the resulting log file, along with your license file and Operating System information (details are in the email).

Hopefully, this will be enough for me to figure out what's going on.
