[PF] Using spells -> higher spell slots consumed also

what you are trying to do exactly?
Testing 3rd level cleric spells (cure serious wounds).
what the result was and/or what steps you took?
While I was testing 3rd level spells via Spells (S), I realised that higher level spells disappeared von Choose Spell list. In the character sheet (E) spells are still shown but not usable.
Is the issue repeatable?
Yes. Same with spells from high level wizards.
what OS you are using?
Windows 7 Pro
what rules system are you using?
Pathfinder
what version of the software are you using?

I have a spellcaster (cleric) who can cast spells from level 1 to level 9 (fully rested).
I cast a 3rd level spell (hitting "s", go to to 3rd level, choose spell, "OK").
I open the Choose spell again (hitting "s"). 9th level spell disappeared.
If I repeat this (casting 3rd level or other lower level spells), in every case the highest level spell slot is consumed.
