I purchased the software at Gencon, but when I install it, I am not sure how to validate the license. Any help would be great.

    Hey guys,

First, Launch d20pro. You should see a window showing a guest license, login fields, and a register button. Click on the Register button if you don't yet have an account (you probably don't)

Enter your information and click the check icon.

You will be logged in with your new account and will have an option to start a trial, purchase a license, or Redeem a Coupon. Choose Redeem a Coupon.

Type in your 16-digit code that you purchased at GenCon, and you will now have the option to download a full license.

Hey there, another quick questions. I got to the screen and redeemed the coupon I received at Gen Con, but i get the follow error message:

    Unable to download license.
Caused by: licenses\license_Chiefweasel(d20Pro_Full_2.0.0).txt (Access is denied).

I have created an account and that seems to allow me to log in. I get this error when i click the button to download the d20Pro_Full + 2 Guests.

any help would be great, thanks.

Looks like you have that folder set to read-only, or perhaps already have a license there. Check your d20pro\licenses folder and permissions. (right-click on the folder and choose Properties - see if it's read only).

OK, I checked the folder, it looks like admin has full permissions. I do have a file in the License folder, its called:

    license_Guest(d20Pro_Player_2.0.0).txt

    hope this helps, thanks.

    Hmmm...

If you want, I could try to log in with your account on my machine, then try to download the license. If you want to try it, send me your login information via Private Message or email me at [IMG]
