[Resolved] paid by paypal yesterday, still no license today?

    Hi, I'm very sorry about the confusion. I looked through our logs and see that your license was sent out to the email address associated with your PayPal account. I will make sure it is sent back out to you now, it should be there within the hour. I notice that you requested a trial license using the same email, did you receive that?

    ahhh - gmail sent them directly to the "spam" folder - however the auto reply from your forum reg came to my inbox..

    thats odd ive never had a problem with the spam filter blocking legit emails before

    I'm sorry to use this topic, but I have the same problem. I bought my licence today by paypal, and I think that hotmail put it with the spam. And I suppress it without seeing it. Can I have the mail with the code a second time? I bought it with the same adress that I use here.


    Sorry, I'm not writting good english...

    How long does it take once you pay to receive you 16 digit code. I made my payment a few days ago and haven't received an email from D20pro.
