[Resolved] Trial license

    Hello,

    Just curious on the timeframe to receive a trial license. I applied yesterday morning and still haven't seen it. It's not in my spam filter either, that was the first place I checked. It's fine if there's a delay, I'd just like to know what to expect so I don't keep checking the mailbox.

    You should have gotten it almost immediately. Let me take a look at what might have happened and I'll get your license out to you. Sorry for the inconvenience here, I'll get you gaming as soon as I can.

    i also sent an e-mail for a trail license recently & didn't receive a reply. Could you please send me a trail license.

    Please check your spam folder, as often the license files are picked up as such.

    i checked the spam folder & it was also empty. i think the other person that posted here also mentioned that.
