On the skill tab on the character sheet it would be nice if at the bottom, at the same level as the add button, there was a box to enter in the armor check penalty and to have it apply to the Strength- and Dexterity-based skills.

Yes!!! Right now, if any character ever takes off their armor it's a massive pain in the neck to update all the skill bonuses. Nighttime ambushes are a nightmare to deal with (literally!).

What I do is create an "Ability" named "Night Time Armor" then reduce "AC" by the appropriate amount to reflect their night time attire. Select an appropriate duration, like "2 hour(s)" then update the character's Reflex save in the "Save" tab, if needed, depending on if there is a change in the Max Dex Bonus allowed on the armor.

This would be a very good feature!

Cool, I'll have to implement that. Abilities and effects are pretty dang versatile, and I often don't think of using them for things that traditionally aren't considered abilities per se. I'd still like to see a feature that would automatically update the skill bonuses, though.
