"End of your next turn" effects

    In 4e how are some of you handling effects that end on someones next turn? I just manually keep track of them, or when I create the effect I set duration to "2 rounds" and try to remember to end it at the end of that persons next turn, and if i forget at least it'll end it by the end of the second round.
