I'm trying to add map annotations - something I can put in the middle of a room so a user can get a brief description of the room (and so can I for quick-referencing my notes. It *looks* like markers can do this - I put the description in the name, and then my notes in the description field (do not show checked). Am I correct? I can't seem to figure out how to put this on the map. Any suggestions on how to do this?

    Thanks!

I use a red "checker" and mark it invisible. The notes section then includes all of the area information (total xp, loot, dialogue, descriptions, etc).

Personally, I find markers to be far too small.

Map markers are being rethought. I personally use a creature and make it invisible. I then put all my notes in the Description tab. All I have to do then is double-click the creature and see it's "description".

If you need images for map keys, try this map and follow the instructions on the thread:
