Assistenc please

Hello first of all plz excuse my spelling im not the best,

i recently found this site and am super interested in the tabletop concept, i play dungeons and dragons 3.5 with friends every weekend but the drive to there place is a drain on my gas, so i started looking for alternate methods of play,

i downloaded all three versions in the download option and non of them will open, please help
system specs,
windows 7 home premium
intel core duo cpu- 2.00ghz,2001 mhz 2 cores
2 gbs physical memory
4 gbs virtual memory

if i am missing anything plz let me know
i tested the same download on my moms lesser computer and it opened nicely
if you have any ideas plz help me

 

never mind i figured out my issue apparently my java was not updated far enough it works perfectly now
