This issue is not extreme, its managable, and it only really comes into more play at higher level.

Going to give an example first and then explain.

PC is attacking with 4 primary hand attacks, and 3 attacks from Two-Weapon Fighting. He selects his 4 primary attacks, and 3 secondary attacks, and begins selecting a monster.

The DM is prompted on wether each attack hit or missed. He clicks through the prompts, selecting hit and miss and appropriate.

    PCs See:
Attack #1: Secondary Weapon at AttackBonus -10.
Attack #2: Primary Weapon at highest attack bonus.
Attack #3: Primary Weapon at Attack Bonus -5
Attack #4: Primary Weapon at Attack Bonus -10
Attack #5: Primary Weapon at Attack Bonus -15
Attack #6: Secondary Weapon at highest attack bonus.
Attack #7: Secondary Weapon at Attack Bonus -5.

This causes some confusion at times on how their first attack with a 18 missed, but their second attack at a 6 hit.
