The current version (unless my newbie eyes are missing something) only allows dice rolls in the form of xdy +/- z. It would be really nice to be able to create more varied custom pools like xdy + adc + 4. This would make rolling damage for things like holy weapons or sneak attacks much easier.

Advanced dice scripting in the Game Log should be enhanced.

Though, to accomplish what you want using current d20Pro features...

Most users use the attack feature which allows multiple dice of different sides and damage types to be used.

For example, a +2 holy longsword in which a person having a feat that allows extra 3 damage upon a critical hit would look like this:
    1d10 + 2 + STR mod (slashing magic damage) (crit x2)
    + 2d6 (holy magic damage)
+ 3 (slashing magic critical damage)

Then, in an automatic attack one will roll (vs evil, not a crit):
    1d10 + 2 + str mod + 2d6

Then, in an automatic attack one will roll (vs evil, crit):
    1d10 + 2 + str mod + 1d10 + 2 + str mod + 2d6 + 3

You could also setup a weapon like this: +5 Holy Shocking Burst Flaming Burst Adamantine Greatsword with all the proper dice and damage types inside the creature's attack tab in one attack.
2d6 + 5 + STR mod (adamantine, slashing, magic damage)
    2d6 (holy magic damage)
    1d6 (electric magic damage)
    1d6 (fire magic damage)
1d10 (electric magic critical damage) - only rolls if critical
1d10 (fire magic critical damage) - only rolls if critical
