So you start a combat with the crossed swords icon and get the pop up asking you if you want to roll initiative, you say 'ok', it shows you the order it rolled up, you make any changes you want, and then you click 'ok' again.

Now, how can I go back and look at that list again while combat is going on? Is there any way for players to be able to view that information or have the DM share it to them? Is there any way to get the order screen to pop up so that you can modify it mid combat?

d20 button then go to roster. the active roster will show the current initiative order.

use the hour glass that pops of when in initiative is started for creatures that delay or ready an action. When the roster gets that spot that they want to delay or take the ready action. right click the character go to alter > initiative > go now or press G on keyboard after character is highlighted. This will remove the delay effect and place the character in that spot for initiative. That first screen is there just to show you where characters have the same initiative so you can who goes first based on dex mod or initiative mod depending on what game system you are playing. This is also what you would do for summon monsters since they go on the same turn as caster.
