I'm out of state for the holidays and wanted to install D20Pro on a local computer so I can keep gaming. If I understand the license agreement right, I can install D20Pro on as many machines as I want without having to buy multiple licenses (please correct me if I'm wrong on this).

Anyways, I'm having a very hard time getting this to work. The intro screen says "No licenses found" (which makes sense, since this is a new machine). Then there is a prompt which says "login to download a license." That sounds good, so I log in with my username and password. The problem us that I don't get an option to download my old license, only to purchase new ones. What do I have to do to access my old license?

    Hail and well met Remaker,

After logging in to d20Pro Live you should see your purchased license and be able to download it. Please PM me with the email address associated with your account and we will get to the bottom of this.
