Dropped item won't let you move during combat

    Please be as detailed as possible (general things you might want to include in your post);

    What you are trying to do exactly?
    If a token drops an item on the ground, during their turn, they can't move the token - it will stay in place. I have to manually move it for them to get it away from the object.

    What the result was and/or what steps you took?
    Player tries to move token, it doesn't work, but if I move it - it works fine.

    Is the issue repeatable?
    Yes

    what OS you are using?
    Windows 10 (1708 edition)

    What rules system are you using?
    Pathfinder

    What version of the software are you using?
    3.7.3

    as far as I know that is working as expected, they should be able to pick it up, then move their token and drop it at their new location.
