I just imported a monk character from HeroLab. However, I do not see the flurry of blows ability under attacks. How do I add it in?

copy the unarmed attack, then set the copy to no on the +6/+1
Set the modifier of attack to ensure the right value will come out. A first level monk set to -1
Now your unarmed attacks will be flurry.

Or copy the unarmed attack, rename it flurry, have one set at full attack, then the other set to one attack.
As you go up in levels add more attacks with proper modifiers to get the bonus attacks. Just make sure the names are the same so all the attacks will be on the list when you click on attack

That works for dual wielding or rapid shot too.

    1) Copy the main attack and rename it to Flurry, Rapid SHot, etc
    2) Reduce the hit bonus appropriately
    3) Copy the modified attack and set it to No under +6/+1.

    Should look like this:

    +14, +9 Unarmed strike
    +12, +7 Flurry of Blows
    +12 Flurry of Blows

The program will automatically combine attacks that are adjacent and with the same name into attack sets, so when you press the A key (attack) you will see the flurry as: +12, +7, +12

That is pretty awesome, our ranger uses rapid shot, we weren't sure how to set it up to do the attack as a rapid shot. But this worked great. I have a question though, you say it should look like :

    "+14, +9 Unarmed strike
    +12, +7 Flurry of Blows
    +12 Flurry of Blows"

I'm not sure how you have the 12, 7, 12. How does the first attack have secondary attacks? Is that because +6/+1 is set to yes?

1st level Monk has a -2 to Flurry of Blows and should be set to a -2. Every attack you use that round should also suffer a -2. For other attacks you can modify the -2 before you submit the attack to the DM.

"When doing so, she may make one extra attack in a round at her highest base attack bonus, but this attack takes a -2 penalty, as does each other attack made that round."

A monk also treats he BAB as a full BAB when using flurry. So instead of -2 on each attack it is -1 at 1st level.

Need to make sure the modifier is set correctly depending on the monks level and flurry BAB

Perhaps if you're discussing Pathfinder im not familar with the rule on it.

Standard 3.5 RAW though is a -2. Full BAB for a monk is 0 at 1st level.

A single standard solo attack would also already be at their highest BAB and it's configured into D20 Pro already. Though I take it to mean that Flurry gives them a "Good" BAB rating instead of "Average." Which sounds like Pathfinder nonsense :)

Default setting though for Pro is not Pathfinder, and thus, I can only assume when someone asks a question without refrence to system the default is assumed.
