Fresh install of 2.4 on Win 7 errors on java machine

    I uninstalled the previous version and installed 2.4 from the full installer, and it errored on making the Java Machine at launch.

    Found that the installed shortcut for d20 pro was set to run in XP SP 2 compatibility mode and not as admin - changed the settings for all user to not run in compatibility mode and as admin and everything is kosher.

    This was on both 32 & 64 bit versions of Win 7, Business Ed.

    (this is more an FYI for new peeps. :) )

    Thanks for the heads up on this. The installer hasn't changed with v2.4 to my knowledge; however, we are looking in to your report and will release an improvement shortly as possible.
