    Loot! Has Herolabs availabe for half price today, and today only.

    Just an fyi. I don't work for them or anything :D

    *grin* I bought my copy (when I read you can import from it...I'd been leveling chars/NPCs/monsters in DMGenie and manually editing d20Pro) on Friday without having read this post.

    So I missed it by |<---->| that much!

    I don't mind at all because it's money well spent, and I would (and did) buy it without the discount.

    You get two licenses with Herolab right?........so split the cost with a friend and Voila!!!! the price is halved and the both of you have a license......and in the future every book update you buy works on both licenses so you could split the cost of those too.

    Technically you get a second license to put on another of your computers. It is not intended to allow for a two for one.

    I like (pay for) software that allows you to run it on at least one other machine, so with Herolabs I'm covered for my main Alienware rig and also my laptop which is what I use in the game room.

    Just to geek out, this is what I have that does that:

    ZoneLabs Security Suite
    SmartSVN
    WinZip
    Ultra-edit Studio
    Diskeeper
    WS-FTP Pro
    Ultramon
    d20Pro!
    Fantasy Grounds II
    Battlegrounds
    Etc.

    Of course, my list of free and open-source programs is far longer, but I do support those who write good applications for a living!
