Heavy armor still applying DEX bonus

    Not sure if all the rules are supposed to be in or not(d&d 5e).. but I was making an hobgoblin and noticed the DEX bonus was still getting applied to the AC after a chain mail(heavy armor) got equipped.

    you'll wanna set Max DEX, in this case I assume it would be 0.

    I do not see any Max DEX on the 5e character sheet, either mob or PC char.
