issues with my internet speed

    My internet connection speed varies? I'm having some issues with my internet speed... I've been doing several tests on speedtest.net and often it's on 6-7mbps but also 50% of the time its down on only 500kbps... I've tried to restart modem, router and everything, I've done alot of configurations on my network options and stuff, but nothing helps.
