Map import problem

    Is there a size limit on maps you can import?

    I tried importing 6meg and 8meg maps and after about 10 minutes neither map would show up in d20pro so i clicked the X to close the map window.

    I have imported tons of other m,aps but nothing this large before so i figure it is some limit.

    The only limit is based on how much RAM you allocated to d20Pro / javaw.exe, your computer's processing power, and your internet upload speed.

    Typically, I try to keep my maps under 5MB, since I'm broadcasting to 4-8 players, however I have used JPG and PNG files up to 10MB to test with.
    I allow up to 1GB RAM to be allocated for d20Pro / javaw.exe
