    Is this correct?

I'm making a halfling, rogue1/fighter1. The order of class creation creation is halfling (lightfoot), rogue, fighter. d20pro gives save bonus for both classes but STR save should be +2 and CON save should be +1.

    Stats are STR 14, DEX 17, CON 13, INT 10, WIS 12, CHA 9

    Saves are STR 4, DEX 5, CON 3, INT 2, WIS 1, CHA -1

Could you do a screen shot of the character general tab of the token sheet, so we can get a better look?

You need to set the Racial class (halfling) to lvl 0.

most likely what is throwing it off.

I was so hoping it was easy. However, no changes when I reduce the level on race and hit apply....

To test with a stock character, I just opened Ulfgar, added one level of fighter, hit APPLY and the saves for fighter were applied.

Good Saves for Fighter are; Saving Throws: Strength, Constitution
Good Saves for Rogue are; Saving Throws: Dexterity, Intelligence

    which would be inline with

what am I missing? is there something in 5E that prevents the second class from applying Good Saves?

You only gain the items specified in the multiclassing proficiencies table on page 164. No class grants save proficiencies when multiclassing.

ahh, I see.. so for the time being, you could force those numbers by double clicking on the save value box and adjusting the 'Base' value as needed until a more workable solution is devised on our end to account for that.

This is not implemented yet but it will be shortly. The wonky/weird progression is tied into the new class library we're building to full support all this kind of blending of classes and such. For the time being, you can do as @Krilion_GD is suggesting and override. We are certainly not a true character builder like Hero Lab or PCGen, but instead a quick character data importer for traits, spells and the like.

Still we should have a viable solution for this in app shortly.
