    I haven't had to do this in game yet. I'm wondering if anyone can explain the mechanics of how to quickly apply the effects in d20pro.

    You can create an effect that will apply some of the numeric penalties for level loss, but honestly level loss isn't able to be tracked very well with how d20Pro currently is.
