I don't know the OGL rules, but with Pathfinder, 0 level spells have to be prepared but do not "get used up". I have applied the PF rules and my wizard is only allowed to throw his prepared cantrips once/day.

Seems there's no way to prepare one spell more than once for a single day.

I can find no way to specify that I can throw any one spell-book spell once/day, per arcane bond.

d20Pro is designed with 3.5 in mind. It does play nicely with other d20 systems with slight modifications. This is one of those situations.

What I do to comply with Pathfinder 0th level spells is to create the spell effect in the creature's Ability Tab under At-Will. This will allow the player an unlimited number of 0th level spells per day.

In fact, I just enter all the spells in the Ability Tab to make gameplay quicker. I think there is a blog entry about this very topic, along with a forums discussion somewhere that gives the pros and cons of each use case.

Moving forward, there will be more game systems natively supported and a better spells and effects system coming up in the future. And, it will be a free upgrade for all paid licenses.

Sounds like a perfectly acceptable work-around. Thanks.

I'd appreciate it if anybody reading this could help me find the blog entry and forum discussion. Search for "abilities" on blog finds too little and a forum search for "abilities" and "spells" gives 24 pages full of results.
