In general, this request would be the ability to play audio files in .wav, .wma, or .mp3 format.

    1) Similar to being able to send graphics to players, you'd be able to send audio files and play the files back to all players at the same time.

    2) The option to play files back in looping mode, for background sound effects such as rain, forest sounds, tavern noise, town sounds, etc...

Reasons... off the top of my head: Atmospheric sounds would really help with immersion. You could play the sound of an explosion, scream or whatnot to surprise your players with an ambush. You could have someone prerecord an npc's speech in character to playback to players. With careful song selection, it could really help out players playing a bard. ;) A lot of possibilities!

    Hail Bocephus,

This is a great idea, especially for Judge's who like taking the 'Hollywood' approach to running a game. I love the ambush sound idea, nice!

This will be passed on to our development team. Thanks again for the idea, please keep them coming.

    Best regards,

    Nick
