    @Krilion_GD, Me thinks you have created an item creation monster. Check out these and let me know how they look to you. (when, of course, you have extra time!). I created the item with charges. I then created the spells (as features), appended with the word staff, with a cost specific to the charges needed to use them. I then put those spells in the Item.
