    all i want to know if you pay every mouth or it a one time fee please let me know thanks

    It is a one time fee.

    $30 gets you a DM license with 2 player slots. You can then spend $10/seat for extra player seats OR the players can get a player license for $10 (which lets them connect but not take one of the DM's seats).
