When creating a very high level character, in my case a 100HD Red Dragon, when I turn on secondary attacks, I get dozens of attacks for each attack.

d20 isn't putting a limit on how many secondary attacks it displays, and it should. Even with multiattack, or anything that gives extra attacks, you are still limited to a maximum of 5 attacks per attack type.

Not only is it displaying too many attacks, those attack bubbles fill up the window and you can't see the prev/next arrows to scroll through your attack types.

    Good catch :)

Right, max number of attacks from base attack bonus = 4 attacks at BaB of 16 or greater. It's why I always use single attack mode and do duplicates with different values for BaB of 20 and over.

Instead of updating legacy and then updating ultimate, we would want to just spend development time implementing this in ultimate.

That makes perfect sense, and is just one more reason I'm excited to see Ultimate come out!
