Unable to connect

    I've gone through pretty much everything in the guides on this topic. While I can get the "canyouseeme" web site to say that there's a service open, and connect to myself using the remote IP address, no one else seems to be able to do so. I do have port forwarding enabled, so I know that's not it. Any help?

    If http://www.canyouseeme.org can see your service, it has nothing to do with your connection. Double check the IP address you are giving your players match the IP address that http://www.canyouseeme.org displays, and make sure there are no spaces between any of the numbers or periods. Using the correct port number, and same d20Pro version.
